Spring delivered exactly what the vineyard needed this year, and our Malbec is absolutely thriving. Normally known for being a bit of a challenge when it comes to setting fruit, Malbec surprised us in the best way—clusters are full and healthy, and the vines are bursting with life. We’ve already thinned them twice and are still deep in canopy management. No complaints—this is the kind of “problem” we love to have.
This vineyard is more than just rows of vines—it’s where Enikő and I spend our evenings and weekends together, working the land by hand using regenerative organic practices. Whether we’re managing cover crops, checking soil health, or pruning while listening to our favorite podcasts, it’s always time well spent. There’s a rhythm to it that makes the wine even more personal.
2025 is shaping up to be a beautiful vintage, and while the Malbec won’t be released until 2028, we’re already excited to share its story. See the photo of one of the clusters—it’s looking incredible.
If you’re curious to taste what we’re all about, our tasting room opens this August! We’d love to host you for a relaxed, one-on-one tasting of our organically grown wines—including the 2022 Malbec, 2022–2024 Rosé of Malbec, and 2023–2024 Viognier. Tastings are by appointment, so just reach out—we’re always happy to make time for fellow wine lovers.
